There are many different techniques that marketing agents use to market items and products for children.
For example, we learned in nutrition class that grocery stores place the sugary, fattening cereals in reach of young children. Therefore, children will be attracted to that cereal and will hopefully persuade their moms to buy it for them.
They also place little toys and magazines in the checkout aisles for individuals to impulsively buy items that they think they need.
